PRIVACY & DATA PRACTICES
Royal Computer Consulting Privacy Notice
How Royal Computer Consulting and Easy Seas collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.
Effective and last updated October 5, 2026.
This Privacy Notice applies to Royal Computer Consulting websites, communications, support services, consulting inquiries, and Easy Seas product surfaces that link to this notice (collectively, the “Services”). It explains the information we process, why we process it, the service providers involved, and the choices available to you.
Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a person or household. It does not include information that has been deidentified or aggregated so that it cannot reasonably identify you.
1. Information you provide
We may receive your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, mailing address, project details, account information, support messages, attachments, questionnaire responses, event registrations, newsletter preferences, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, authentication tokens, protected health information, or unnecessary confidential business information by ordinary email.
If you request consulting services, information sent before a written agreement is used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not create a client, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use a website or online service, hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, requested page, referring page, date and time, approximate region, and security or error logs. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Services.
The current Royal Consulting corporate website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or a first-party analytics tracker. Essential infrastructure may use short-lived technical data or cookies when needed for security, load balancing, authentication, billing, or a feature you request. Third-party destinations and embedded provider services follow their own notices.
3. Email updates and communications
If you affirmatively subscribe to an email list, we use your email address and selected topic to send the requested updates through GoDaddy Email Marketing. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method. Sending a consulting or support email does not enroll you in marketing. Transactional, security, billing, and support communications may still be sent when necessary to provide a requested service.
4. Easy Seas browser, account, and subscription data
When you request a supported Easy Seas capture or synchronization, the product may read offer, booking, hold, loyalty, casino, and cruise-history content available through a provider session you already authorized in your browser. The product may use authentication tokens available to that browser session and may open temporary provider tabs. Easy Seas does not ask you to enter a cruise-line password into an Easy Seas form.
Captured records, settings, and diagnostic logs may include names, reservation identifiers, voyage dates, casino points, offer terms, financial figures, page content, and technical events. The installed product identifies whether records are stored locally, synchronized to an account, or included in an export. Removing a browser extension or clearing local storage can remove local records; it does not cancel a subscription or delete records held by a cruise line.
Supabase may process Easy Seas account email addresses and authentication sessions. RevenueCat may process subscription identity, purchase status, and entitlement information. RevenueCat Billing and its connected payment provider, such as Stripe, may process web checkout information. Apple and Google process purchases made through their stores. Royal Computer Consulting does not receive the full payment-card number entered with those payment providers.
5. How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, maintain, support, and improve the Services you request.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, administer consulting work, and keep business records.
- Process subscriptions, confirm entitlements, provide billing support, and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Send requested updates and manage communication preferences.
- Protect users, investigate security events, enforce applicable terms, and comply with law.
- Create aggregated or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify a person.
6. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that perform hosting, authentication, payment, subscription, email-delivery, security, storage, customer-support, and professional services on our behalf. Depending on the feature used, these providers may include Vercel, Supabase, RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, Google, and GoDaddy. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices and, where applicable, agreements with us.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so; to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; to protect rights, safety, property, or service integrity; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
7. Sale, targeted advertising, and tracking choices
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use captured cruise data for unrelated advertising, and the current corporate website does not use cross-site behavioral advertising. Because the current corporate site does not conduct cross-site tracking, a browser Do Not Track signal does not change its behavior. Where an applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal for a covered practice, we will honor that signal for that practice.
If our practices change in a way that creates a right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, we will update this notice and provide the required control before using information in that way.
8. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing a requested service, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting security, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type, product setting, contract, and legal requirement. Local Easy Seas records remain under your browser or device controls unless a feature states that they are synchronized elsewhere.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission, device, storage system, or online service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account, device, email access, passwords, and authentication codes and for notifying support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a request decision. You may unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a message. You may also use product and browser controls to export or clear eligible local information.
To submit a privacy request, email info@royalcomputerconsulting.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Describe the request and the product involved. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact info@royalcomputerconsulting.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
12. International use
Royal Computer Consulting and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we use an appropriate legal mechanism for a covered transfer.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as products, providers, and legal requirements change. The “last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@royalcomputerconsulting.com. Support requests may be sent to scott@royalcomputerconsulting.com.
